I believe the thing that bothers me most about Buzz


is his indifference to disrupting the lives of others if it benefits his purpose which I believe his purpose is self promotion. I know hard conversations happen in basketball roster management but they happen a lot with Brent.
Only one of the kids he recruited to ATM from the verbals that were here is still with the program and he is now a secondary player (Gordon). You could include Quentin Jackson but he never verbally committed to VT.
He got rid of professor Roccaforte for recruiting the Langley twins and Mack and of course he brings him back because a slimy recruiter helps the program and the professor knows some slimy recruiting
I don’t know the story behind McNeilly leaving for TCU but I’m sure there is a story and it’s all good because TCU is dancing and Dixon is probably a better guy to work for.

We all know how he left Tech and we know what he did for Tech. I’m grateful for the sweet 16 season but am more grateful for who replaced him here. I think Buzz’s biggest issue today is playing in an obscure tournament is keeping him out of CBS central during the Big Dance. He loved the attention. He may take the LSU job so he can be the resurrection hero he seems to desire to be.
