It is HUGE, IMHO


I have had several players tell me that he is outstanding at picking up little tidbits from opposing pictures and when he is standing there next to them before they walk up to the plate, that is HUGE. He can also remind them of the scouting report that they covered earlier.

Hats off to him for making the switch instead of being stubborn and doing things "the way they have always been done."

BTW, the Hokies are hitting .375 with 16 home runs since he made the switch.
