@VTChip how much credit for the improved hitting do you give to D'Amour

being in the dugout and not coaching 3rd base?

I figure (and noted this in my reply to your excellent weekend recap article) that a big chunk of the hitting improvement simply comes from not facing pitchers who play for top 25 teams, but even that theory won't explain why we laid into Clemson. Is D'Amour in the dugout a big plus?
