Fan experience should be prioritized

It's seemed clear for a while that attendance has been more of an issue than the press box (which affects a handful of people, at most).

A few things I think would help:

All chairback seats instead of metal bleachers (freezing in early season games, hot by the end of the season).

More modern scoreboard (larger screen and better quality video and sound).

Some sort of on-field entertainment -- many baseball teams have marketing interns serve as "DJ" or host (games, promotions between innings, etc).

More opportunities across campus and the NRV to raise awareness and increase attendance -- players appearing on university-wide social media platforms, more appearances on local TV and radio, Coach D'Amour hosting a weekly or bi-weekly show (many basketball coaches do this).

Just my two cents.
