I had to sue someone in small claims court once


it was a pain but i won....you will win too, but it depends on the limits of your small claims courts.

The thing is, they are a tow company. It is hard for me to imagine they don't know a body shop who will do them a favor, due to their recommendation over the years. Don't know why they are being so difficult.
