Heartbreak...


I would like to think that VT would still make the NCAAT, but all this "First Four Out" talk has me worried.

More importantly, a last second loss tonight would be dagger. We would have showed that we can play with Duke. We would have been so close to hanging a banner.

I look at it this way - VT has made the NCAAT 12 times. But, VT has never won the ACC and only once (Metro 1979) has won a conference tournament.

Winning tonight means so much more than the NCAAT appearance.
