Goat is good as well but I used to eat that in the USA

My buddy in Saudi right now (he trains their FireFighters but is an ex-grunt NCO) and he routinely gets Camel and likes the taste.

Lamb and Goat are two of my favorites. Did you ever get the lamb "head" in Iraq? Good eating and very cheap
