That’s kind of my system, I’m about 15 or 20 minutes away from the Amtrak station at BWI airport and it drops you off at New York Penn on 34th St. So basically close enough that I have my little osprey backpack/duffel bag “Porter” and walk to the hotel.Heck I quip that I treat this as yet another camping trip, wearing hiking boots for the rain and snow and waterproof jackets etc. etc. etc.

$187/night for three nights NYC taxes bring that up to around 650 bucks. The prices were actually dropping while I was getting a room while on the train, so that a little bit lucky there or at least played the game well.
