This whole thing is such a cluster.
...and if I were a Ukrainian involved in protecting OpSec, I'd not be letting it known Ukrainian efforts were disrupting Russian comms. I'd also not be releasing recordings of anything I'd managed to record from compromised Russian comms. In fact, I might be broadcasting "we're doing our best, but we never know when or where they'll strike next because their comm's security is so good!"
Try to make them think that whatever was causing difficulties, it wasn't me! I think the Allies did much the same to the Germans in WWII, even allowing some German operations to get through, so they'd not suspect Enigma had successfully cracked their codes.
