One thing we need is a larger donation pool. Hard to gain unless you do big things to garner attention. Kind of a chicken and egg thing. I donate annually but hardly a ‘big’ donor more of a donor that just wants to be part of the improvement of the program. We have a great world renowned James green at the middle weights but with the career of Ty Walz coming to a close (I have zero inside knowledge) we will need another big name I believe. I assume another upper middle or heavy I would guess. When young athletes learn they can train with the likes of James Green it’s a big draw but obviously we are behind the programs with four or five big name training center athletes. A Kyle Snyder would be enormous. I know, unlikely since he is at NLWC but that would be a great start. I don’t know enough about the NIL stuff But you’re right that certainly could be a factor.
