Thoughts on subbing

I really felt like Coach should have subbed her after the first two runs. If, as you say, you could just see she wasn't her normal self, then you need to make a change. I know they want to face adversity, battle back, etc.; but if it wasn't her day, then you need to make a change as soon as you know that.
