I have to add to this

that some consideration goes to who those teams lost to as well as who they beat. If who they beat was the only criteria, UVA with their win on the road over Duke would be on this list. They aren't. Losing to Navy at home is going to haunt them this year.

VT has no bad losses. I believe in the long run that is going to matter.
