Good info.

You support what I posted regarding not running the race……the title was won and not running was a chance to prevent injury. Didn’t know about the Thursday injury to one of the runners, but that further aligns with the decision not to run.

Didn’t know about the women’s composition of runners for the 400 x 4 though. That’s info that most non-track folks wouldn’t know about.
