I hope so. Putin seems to have started moving after the Arab Spring

when it appeared social media could be a good thing and could help topple dictators. Sadly, the worse things go for Putin the more brutal he will get domestically and in Ukraine. That is doubling down on the current gamble, that strategy can backfire as well. The world would be a much better place without his kind leading anything.

At any rate, the Ukrainians are demonstrating tremendous bravery. I hate that they are in for a lot more suffering before things improve for them.
