It got worse ...
they had a call today and the client was also on the call. The employee had claimed she handled everything over the phone so mrs. vt90 asked the client who said they hadn't spoken on the phone in weeks. So the employee said she left messages and the client said he received no messages. She the proceeded to send a screen shot of a text message to the client, but it was from yesterday after the sh!t had already hit the fan.
When pressed about changing the dates she doubled down and said it was a problem with the client's server. However, even if the timestamp on their email server was wrong, it would NOT mess up the day of the week with the day of the month.
What an idiot.
