Lucked out on a couple of flights from Richmond to Fort Lauderdale last

year on Spirit. No issues...although the flight being direct with no changes probably helped. Plus we travelled light so only had to pay for one bag each (Mrs. T and I) Definitely zero frills, however....It would suck on a longer flight.
