I take Nueriva and it has helped me with focus and improvement of speech in


meetings. I can throw around a lot of tree dollar words fluently. The ingredients are 100 mg of Phosphatidyl Serine and coffee bean extract. The cost is way too high for a generic drug.

I have ordered on Amazon a product by Gold Health which has 400 mg of PS from non-GMO sunflower lecithin, 400 mg bacopa monnieri leaf extract the second-best brain pill. 4 times the dosage at a much better price.

It is a great 2 for 1 deal. The Neuriva has led to better sleep but you will have nightmares. I generally do not mind the nightmares because most of mine are fairly tame.
