Like most supplements, it likely produces expensive urine or feces. Proper diet and exercise is a better solution.

Key issue is that the key ingredient is a protein and since it is taken orally, the protein is broken down by your digestive system and never gets into the blood stream in a form that can provide value.

The study that was done that they point to to claim it works was sponsored by the manufacturer and was based on a test that was not what is considered a standard test of memory, was too small a sample size and too short (90 days) to be considered conclusive.
