The ACC's RSN contract is set to expire in the next couple of years.

CBS could bid on that as a way of getting its foot in the door and building a relationship with the ACC. Then again, if the ACC is truly a ship that has sprung a leak and it is slowly sinking, then CBS may not want to touch the ACC with a 20' dinghy.
