Absolutely correct...

watching the price of gasoline is more important than so called inflation (because China has been keeping a lid on prices going up here) Go back to the 2008 recession and you might remember the high gasoline prices ~ upper $3s that preceded it by a year or two, took a little while to unwind all the leveraged markets then bam!

Yep, watch gas prices, the cost of pizza delivery and work from there.

On the side, shale oil saved Obama's presidency by keeping a lid on oil prices.
