The inflation rate is a lagging indicator. 7.5% is horrible. The worst in

40 years. But it’s a 12-month look back. Inflation wasn’t churning in February/March 2021 like it is now.

Inflation is not limited to autos or meat at the grocery store. It’s everywhere, every industry, up and down the supply chain. Our experts and technocrats had their heads up their rear ends when they told us last summer it was only transitory.

I predict we’ll hit double digit inflation.
