It happened to the Charlotte Coliseum before


Built in late 80's, was 'obsolete' 25 years later and was replaced by one with many more suites and club seats, among other things, I'm sure.

I also seem to recall FedEX has its issues....bathroom sewage leaks, obstructed-view seats (by poles), seats where you can't even see the entire ball flight of punts (obstructed-'air' view seats).
