Great question, not practicing fundamentals

Is counterproductive to what coaches, players ans fans want. Beyond winning and showing well for pro scouts, seems not having the fundamentals down increases the risk of injury. Not having good form automated would cause a player to duck his head and injure his neck or spine.

Also, didnt get the point about the players being harder to bring down due to size. Arent the defenders bigger and faster too?.

Guess it will all be 7 on 7 at some point.
