When he was looking at the NFL opportunities he told his staff after the the college football playoffs they are free to look at other opportunities and if you get a great offer take it.

Well they did, Offensive coordinator to Miami and Defensive Coordinator to the Ravens as DC.

In Harbaugh world, its nothing JUST BUSINESS, and to him everything is business.
