I am more interested in the implementation of "Violence Interupters"->

This is an ACTUAL position being filled as we speak. I "think" you are supposed to get in them middle of a fight and say.:

."Pardon the interruption, but....Uh, EXCUSE ME!..There will be none of that here in Richmond".

I think THAT will do it..Not sure how long the life expectancy is of Violence Interrupters, but you could probably park at a meter when going in to the office. I wouldn't wast my estate's money on long term parking!
