The worst were the 3 that NAVSEA had at the Alexandria end

one was sinking, couldn't close the fire doors and had been condemned. They stripped it down to deck and pilings, shored it up, then put the ugliest and cheapest looking green glass exterior on it. It was turrble.

All the Navsea offices were the worst. Had a meeting at a NAVAIR program office once, they were over in the new buildings (the one's Smith's HQ was in). The CMDR and I that went over with were in shock at their digs in comparison.
