As long as you don’t swing into the face you are good.


If you keep it against the face you are good. Really good cross faces often involve the bony part of the forearm.

Not sure if I described the way an official would but you can cross face as long as you don’t use your arm as a club.

Putting it across someones mouth is usually not advised. A lot of bites occur in youth wrestling in that situation.

And someone clamping down their teeth on your forearm is brutally painful and often results in fights.
