They use a different way of estimating u and o, but one that results in the same z score. They then used some cdf function instead of using a table (maybe I looked up the table wrong?), they also take the P(x>250 versus x>251; which probably maeks more sense considering you are dealing with an indiscrete function) and came up with .0893.
