He looks for team players to fit the system. Unfortunately, it's a slow learning curve for some. He used the bench early in the season to try to develop some depth. Some stepped up, others didn't. A coach plays those that he thinks will help him win, especially in league play.

I'm thinking that it will take the next game for these guys to reverse the trend of losing close games. Winning close games is tough, but it becomes a mental thing more than physical.
