I read something that the quantity is capped at 21000 or something

so it's more difficult now etc that more people are doing it... there is a company in Greenville SC that just launched- i was trying to do the math on it and i couldn't get there really- it seems like the people getting in now are gonna get clobbered - but who knows- it is interesting- i guess if you can get in and out you can make money- or start a company and sell it etc..
