Can't coach speed.


Aside from some very specialized training and coaching, you can't coach speed. Even Fu did well when he had better talent. It's all about the players in 80% of games. The coaches earn their wins 80% of the time before kickoff during recruiting, offseasons, and the practice week.

Pry looks to be building a staff aimed at winning the offseason as much as or even moreso than the games. I'm liking it.
