If Those Four Programs Live Up to Their Potential

The ACC is a decent conference with Several other schools filling out a solid middle.

Clemson and FSU given their recruiting opportunities to should be in the hunt year in and year out. FSU just needs a coach. If VT and Miami turn back the clock a bit it works.

Right now, the Big 10 is much better than the ACC, but if the 4 schools mentioned rise up to where they could be. They could match up with Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State and Wisconsin.
