No, the mistake of the impatient (you) is thinking that you can run a

program through multiple coaching changes in a short period of time thinking you never have to rebuild. There is no school in the history of the sport that has not had to rebuild. You have to be certifiable to think that you can replace coaches over and over and think you won't miss a beat.
