Can't just focus on QB ... that's obvious but just part of the problem IMO


The problem at QB was obvious, but what I thought I saw yesterday was a talent level more consistent with a mid level FCS team than a P5 bowl team. How did that metamorphosis happen? It can't all be recruiting can it?

Player recruitment selection?
Player development?
Development of team cohesion?
