I witnessed a hit & run Saturday night at Birdneck Rd & VA Beach Blvd. I


Was on Birdneck Rd in the left turn lane getting ready to turn East onto VA Bch Blvd when a car coming to fast down the Blvd tried to turn right or South onto Birdneck but he totally missed the turn & drove into the left turn lane that I was in. Fortunately, for me there was one car in front of me. He hit that car head on then backed up & took off continuing his way down Birdneck Rd. towards General Booth. I gave the girl he hit what I thought was his license plate but I wasn’t sure if I got it right, it happened so fast. It made me regret not having a camera on my car. I really want to get one.
