A buddy of mine in college was sitting stopped perfectly safe at a red light. The guy behind him was admittedly playing with a radio and not paying attention, and rear-ended my buddy at a high enough speed to deploy the airbags.

My friend, however, had had one too many to drink that night and blew on the wrong side of the breathalyzer. So by law, the accident was now his fault
