We want to run the entire shot clock off every possession, so MY isn't viewing starting 10 seconds later as a bad thing.

Strategically we specifically aren't trying to attack the press because we don't want to get into a back and forth game where 1) we're always going to be less athletic and 2) we have less depth. While I think attacking a the 3/4 court trap would be a good idea and we'd get whatever look we want against an unsettled defense, we can't do it every time because our defense only works when it's set. We don't depend on incredible individual defenders like Bede/Radford, this year is much more of a team effort.
