The AD interviews Poindexter and cites he doesn't pass a test. TEST??? how many coaching candidates have to pass a test and then publicly cite it to a long term UVA football player that folks love????

Then they go to Elliot . The AD thinks all deals locked and the elliot family meet with the UVA president and then discussion during dinner (in front of family) UVA leadership membership they are "unconformable" with the buy out (my guess he wants a way to go back to clemson if the Head coaching job is available. How crappy is that...... So dinner is a flop and Ellott goes back to clemson. How bad is that.

What coach wants to be deal with management like that??? and that is the problem getting a new Head coach at UVA>
