I suspect they are not completing the deal for the same reasons Bronco is

leaving. Possibly, lack of commitment to the future of football that the coaches expect.

If I was Duke, however, I wouldn’t hire Elliott either because he courted uva to the point that outsiders thought it was a done deal. Don’t hire the guy who had you as second choice.
