His co-DC hire and statements on relationships


It's pretty clear that he values relationships over all. This tends to limit the scope of the search to the best he knows.

To me, the best available is just that. Are there proven DCs better than who we hired? And what does this tell us about who to expect for OC?

But hey, I could be wrong. His OC hire will reveal much.
