I'm getting there, too. Really, it's not like anyone who's been coaching

in college for as long as he has couldn't do the functions of the job. It's also not like even the very best candidate wouldn't have some kind of learning curve/toe stubbing in a new job. Get someone whose judgment and desires we trust and remove us from this madness.
