I saw a few VT fans try to dog Fuente for his tough love approach on Wyatt


when he landed his contract. Look, Teller deserves all of the credit for putting in the work and turning himself into an indispensable NFL player but suppose he wasn't giving it 100% at VT practice and Fuente's approach is a small part of the reason he kicked it into gear. Is Fuente wrong because he is now successful.

It's not an apples to apples comparison but the same always strikes me when we look at what Steph Curry has become and assume he would have become the same thing if VT had offered him. I have to imagine the massive chip on his shoulder was a driving force in his early development.
