point being on my part is leadership can come from places where you did not expect it. I remember no one knew Tomlin and the owners were "blown away" at his interview. Huff is the kind of personality that is extremely impressive IMO. I also don't think its as big of a risk as some are saying...His recruiting will be good or better, he is the anti-Fuente with engagement, media and contacts from his P5 coaching stops.
