His "skillset" is completely different


I guess I misunderstood your post. the gamble is there but his upside is tremendous. I think he can coach but his "CEO" upside is the polar opposite of Fuente. If he can create a staff that is good (I said I think he can with lots of great connections) then he is a great modern front man type of coach. Obviously time will tell. If you look at the 2, the track and the way they carry themselves they are nothing alike. It does not mean we win 10 every year, but again his upside and demeanor is a 180.
