Frank had us doing well, and we almost reached the pinnacle, but eventually started fading after a decade or so, followed by a rapid move towards the bottom in recent years. We need to get the program turned around. Not sure there are any football "Mike Youngs" out there, so we should concentrate on getting someone who can recruit, and build a cohesive staff with excellent "hands on" guys.

One has to wonder when ACC programs who have won national championships have cratered. There is hope out there that someone can come in to resurrect VT football from the ashes...and hoperfully stay long enough to make the change permanent.
