We want to do the improbable, the impossible here at VT.
We want to win a championship in a league filled with schools with better budgets, more publicity, better locations, more history.

Why kick the can down the road of mediocrity.
I did not come to VT because I wanted to go to a school that was in the mountains.
I came to VT because it was an innovative Engineering School.

If there is a more financially efficient way to build a staff, that can bring professionals together that are some of the best at recognizing and developing talent, that makes coaches accountable, and cuts through the fluff.

That's what will draw recruits to VT. The chance to work with an improved staff that devlops football players.

That to me is real. I always knew that Bud foster was the type of guy that would get the best out of his players. I knew that he would bring passion, and creative thinking, and inspire hard work from his players. Under Bud Foster, our Hokies believed that they could beat anybody. THAT is what a coordinator can do. That is where our money should be spent!!

VT needs more emphasis on Bud Fosters and Less emphasis on Justin Fuentes.
Do we need a top person in the pyramid, yes.
Should the money and emphasis be that person, I don't think so.
