Guess what that is the market


This is what college football is now.. because all colleges wanf a coach that gets championships the im minimum contract clauses that coaches demand is the buyout clause..if a program wants a qualified coach you must include it. All coaches have agents and almost iit is universal ..

Also coaches have negotiation power- why would they put themselves into a performance based buyoit. They just want momey guarantees

Its the price of hundred million dollar operations.
