I've got to say, this buy out thing is ridiculous! Way too Open ended


Buyout Clause has to be tied to performance!
We can extend a contract for 5 years for example.
And put a 10 million dollar buyout agreement with it.
But that buyout has to be peformance based right?

Like Maybe a cumulative Team Winning Percentage has to be weighted in.
Buyout = 2million x 5 years x (Winning%)^2 (Square it to make a point!)
