and Syracuse....maybe as far as Albany. Follows the Erie Canal and goes through a number of cool small towns where you can stop at a restaurant, ice cream, likely even find a decent hotel or B&B. I spent a lot of time on that trail when I was between 13 and 22 years old or so as my friends and I would ride it pretty regularly.
