Exactly and despite touchy, feely

We're really just an incredibly easy to predict herd. There are several segments but in the end we all usually fit neatly into easily predicted boxes.

Businesses are built on understanding and manipulating human emotion and behaviors. Carmax and Carvana can make those offers b/c they know enough of the population is lazy and loose with their money.
